Dayna Duncan; Praise and Worhship Director and Youth Pastor Dayna is the director of the Fine Art Department at Victory. She oversees the praise and worship, drama, sound, lighting and video. Dayna also serves as Pastor of Desperation Youth Ministries. Her heart is to minister through song and drama. Dayna is a graduate of Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. and resides in Green, OH.
